HAPPY NATIONAL DAY SINGAPORE!

IT'S SINGAPORE'S 40TH BIRTHDAY!! HOORAY!!

Wanted to go to Jurong East for the celebration but ended up sitting at Andy's place instead n watching the Parade on TV. Maybe we just got tired of getting up close n personal....(had gone down to Esplanade and Marina for 3 days in a row u know).

As usual, I will be in my celebrative mood...singing, clapping and cheering along with the crowd in Padang...hehehehe. Just luv to get into the spirit!

Fireworks in Padang were OK...not so spectacular. Maybe because they had to spend more money as there were fireworks happening at 4 different places at the same time!

Well...just wanna wish Singapore a very Happy 40th Birthday!! May our country remains peaceful and meritocracy will still prevail. May all the dark clouds go past and make us have clear sky.

P.S: yunakatz n her frens ponder...there's only 1 sky...how come the lyrics of the national day song is written as "skies"?
